We provide a 14-21 days delivery window for standard non-customized products. Delivery dates for customized products may vary with design and style. A FurnDepot staff would be in touch with you for detailed timelines involving customized orders.   

What is FurnDepot Return Policy?

We offer a 3-Day Return Policy where return of funds may take up to 7 to 10 working days as banks and Payment Solution providers take at least 2 weeks to process the same. The return policy is applicable only in certain conditions as mentioned below:

Customized Products:

CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN EXCEPT FOR:

  • Damaged Product
  • Dead on Arrival
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Incomplete Product
  • Incorrect Product
  • Expired Product

Non-Customized Product:

Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged Product
  • Dead on Arrival
  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Incomplete Product
  • Incorrect Product
  • Expired Product

The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.

User has to send FurnDepot 2 images (one of damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product to solutions@furndepot.com to ascertain the reason for return or it can be initiated from the “Support” Section at the footer.

Once the above procedure is complete:

  • Our representative will call you within 48 hours to assess the damage
  • A reverse pick up will be initiated as soon as the refund complaint is validated.

Refund Timeline:

  • We request you to retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by our team. Refunds will be processed only after we have collected the product(s).
  • Once the pickup is done, refunds will be processed within 48 hours. Depending on the mode of payment you used, banks and payment gateways usually take between 7 to 10 working days to credit the amount to your account.

We may do a quality check on the return and can stop the refund if it is found that the damage has been due to the negligent handling of the User or tampering etc. FurnDepot will not be responsible for any claims in such situations.

Do I need to keep anything in mind while returning your product?

The returned product should be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received the product. Please ensure that all tags, peripherals, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories including keys, straps and locks are intact.

Can I return a product in case I do not want it or do not like it?

Products once sold cannot be refunded for any reasons other than following: Damage / dead on arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired product & In-correct product.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can modify(may be charged extra) the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it (provided it is within the same city limits), by contacting us at solutions@furndepot.com or call/WhatsApp 9004110915.

Additional Conditions for Return and Refund Policy:

If the order is already dispatched and user wants to redirect the delivery to a new address then User will bear the charges arising for additional delivery charges or any other charges in regards to the new delivery address.     

FurnDepot shall reserve the right to restrict exchange of the items purchased from FurnDepot if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in FurnDepot’s sole discretion. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.

FurnDepot will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, FurnDepot would not be held accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User

If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us. For self ship returns, the refund for returned products will only be initiated once they pass through a quality check conducted at our warehouse. If the quality check fails, the product will be reshipped back to you at an additional transport cost to you.

Refunds Timeline:

After the refund has been initiated by FurnDepot as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:

  1. Online Refund – 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your banking partner

Please note, FurnDepot initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the returned product to a FurnDepot warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, FurnDepot may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
